After reaching out to the team due to issues with the product -as it came defective-, the team of Shiba & Co was very efficient and provided quick help and alternatives to the defective item.
While it is true that this issue was very frustrating at the beginning, the team was very kind and understood the situation. If I already liked the brand due to their nice products, I have to say that the customer service is also excellent. Looking forward to the new tote bag!

I gave her a necklace featuring a white Shiba Inu, and she was overjoyed. Since we have a white Shiba Inu, it feels like she can always have it close to her heart.
I like the quality and feel of the hoodie but the medium size goes on a little tight and a little too short length wise for a 10 month old female Shiba Inu that weighs 20 lbs. Wiah I had ordered the large size instead but then again that one looked too big.
