Shiba and co was very cold in regards to our customer service request. I ordered a necklace for my fiancés birthday to be given with our Shiba puppy. Unfortunately our puppy fell through and I initiated a return to prevent this painful memory from reaching her on her birthday. The item was still in the box and actually was still in the shipping box unopened as well. It was day 19 and they refused to take the unopened item back because it had been more than 14 days since we ordered. We are talking about a difference of 120 hours of time. Also my last two emails have gone unanswered. Now I am stuck with a necklace (the box is still unopened) and a painful memory because they refused to help us. 14 day return windows are unheard of anymore. Most companies offer at least 30-90 days. Just don’t do it with this company. Cold people and they don’t deserve your hard earned money. Would be happy to update review if the company would even email us back.
