Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can also check the status of your order at any time by visiting our Track My Order page.

Domestic Shipping
We offer free standard shipping via UPS on all U.S. orders over $150. Orders under $150 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to any location serviced by UPS and DHL. All duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times displayed on product pages and at checkout are approximate and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. SHIBA & Co. does not guarantee any specific delivery date unless expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & Returns

If you would like to cancel or edit your order, please contact hello@shibandco.com within 30 minutes. We will do our best to place a hold on your order for cancellation or changes. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We offer a 14-day return window on eligible items in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy. To submit a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Portal.

Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Packages.

If you receive a package that appears to have been damaged, opened, or tampered with during transit, you must: (a) document the condition of the package and its contents with photographs before discarding any packaging materials; (b) notify SHIBA & Co. within 48 hours of receipt by emailing hello@shibandco.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs; and (c) file a damage claim directly with the shipping carrier. SHIBA & Co. will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist you with the carrier claim process, but is not liable for damage, theft, or loss caused by the carrier. Failure to report damage within 48 hours may limit our ability to assist with a carrier claim.
