We proudly ship within the United States and internationally.
Where is my package shipped from?
All orders are packed and shipped from New York, USA.

How long will my order take to ship?
• Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 business days.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email hello@shibandco.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once an order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please reach out to hello@shibandco.com right away. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible.
How do I check my order status?
Log in at account.shibandco.com, or use the tracking link in your confirmation email.
Why isn’t my tracking updating?
Carrier systems can take 1–2 business days to refresh. If there’s no movement after 5 business days, email us at hello@shibandco.com.
What payment methods do you accept?

Sale items are final sale, except for size exchanges.

Yes—provided the item meets our return policy requirements.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 5–15 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Most items arrive in a SHIBA & Co. gift box (see product descriptions/images). If an item isn’t gift-boxed, contact us to purchase a gift box for your order.
