Free U.S. Shipping
We will offer free standard shipping via UPS on domestic orders over $150, excludes: Alaska , Puerto Rico, & Hawaii.
International Shipping Outside The U.S.
We also ship internationally to any location accessible by UPS, USPS and DHL. International shipments do not qualify for free shipping and associated import fees apply.
When will I receive my order?
You can find tracking information fromorder confirmation email after placing the order. We offer many shipping options to get you what you need, when you need it. Expected delivery times are listed at checkout page, here are the shipping carriers that you can choose from:
- USPS: Priority Mail, Ground Advantage
- UPS: 2nd Day Air, Ground

SHIBA & Co. can only honor cancellations within 48 hours of an order being placed.

All orders are shipped from New York, United States.
What’s your return & exchange policy?
We accept Returns and Exchanges up to 14 days from the date the order is delivered on items in original, sellable condition with no signs of wear/damage and all original tags attached.
Final sale items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
All returns and exchanges are subject to a $10 return shipping fee.
